Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Franchise Development for our Furniture Retail division. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in franchise development and furniture sales. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing franchise partnerships to expand our business across multiple locations. This role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time position.

• Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing franchise partnerships
• Strong knowledge of the furniture retail industry and market trends

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure potential franchise partners in the furniture retail industry
• Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize their success
• Create comprehensive business plans and financial models for new franchise locations
• Manage the franchise development process, including site selection, lease negotiations, and store build-out
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing and promotional campaigns to drive franchise sales
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and company policies
• Train and develop franchisees on brand standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques
