Job Description: Business Development (Interior Designing)


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development professional specializing in the field of Interior design (Imported Italian Design Modern home furniture) As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, Generating good conversion Ratio, generating new leads, and nurturing client relationships within the interior design industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, promoting our services, and maximizing revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends. Actively seek out and establish relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, property managers, and other relevant industry stakeholders.


Lead generation and prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, online platforms, and industry partnerships. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.


Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.


Presentations and proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Highlight the value proposition, unique selling points, and capabilities of our interior design services. Collaborate with the design team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.


Negotiation and contract management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and projects. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize agreements. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.


Market intelligence and competitive analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly.


Collaboration and teamwork:Collaborate with the internal design team, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Foster a collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Reporting and metrics: Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. A background in Interior Designing is highly desirable.


Proven track record in business development or sales, within Luxury Modular Kitchen,wardrobes and Doors section


Strong knowledge of the interior design market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.


Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively.


Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Strong negotiation and contract management skills.


Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.


Flexibility to travel as required


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
