The person would be responsible to configure ,manage and maintain voice technologies such as as VC dial ,Genesys, & Teckinfo and voice loggers.

Understanding of data connectivity ,data issue on floor.

Experience more than 1 year into BPO and telecom industry and experience to managing / maintaining of data analyst
