Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a React JS Developer at Silico Software Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React.js. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• While not mandatory, experience with TypeScript can be a valuable asset. TypeScript adds static typing to JavaScript, making it easier to catch errors early and improve code quality.
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library demonstrates a commitment to code quality and maintainability.
• Knowledge of state management solutions like Redux or MobX can enhance a developer's ability to manage complex application states effectively.
• An understanding of responsive design and CSS frameworks (such as Bootstrap or Material-UI) ensures that the developer can create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across different devices.
•  Familiarity with SSR using tools like Next.js or Gatsby can be advantageous for improving performance and SEO.
