Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer at Silico, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, and integrations. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the security and privacy of user data.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, and the MERN stack.
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with back-end web development, including RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
