Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer at Silico, you'll work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Implement back-end services and APIs.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (both front-end and back-end).
3. Experience with popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
4. Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, or Django).
5. Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
