JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.

• Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs.

• Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation.

• Handle all tender portals sites, Pvt. Govt. Online Offline and communicate with Government authority.

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Supportive for responding to customer queries complaints.

• Gathering intelligence for bids tender from tender portals.

• Data management and marketing activity like Demo etc.

• Interact with potential existing customers.

• Experience as a Pre- sales coordinator will be considered a plus.

• Experience with GeM Procurement.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

• Experience from the same Industry will be an added advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Tendering , Tender Documentation , Govt. and Non. Govt. Portals.

• Update client records.

• To maintain confidentiality at all times.
