We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Real Estate Agent with 1 to 3 years of work experience to join our team at Sikka Realtors. This full-time position is based in Delhi and requires expertise in real estate sales and market analysis to support our clients and help them achieve their property goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a real estate agent for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years
• Real estate sales experience (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently
• Strong market analysis capabilities to provide accurate market evaluations
• Expertise in customer relationship management to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in property valuation techniques and methods
• Ability to network effectively to generate leads and find prospective buyers or sellers
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and conducting presentations
