Dear Jobseekers,

We are hiring for the positions of Customer Experience Specialist - Chat Support and Voice Support in Vadodara & Gandhinagar locations. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to provide exceptional customer service through both chat and voice support.

Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist - Chat & Voice Support 

Location: Vadodara & Gandhinagar 

Salary: Up to 30k (Based on BPO experience & Interview) 

Experience Required: HSC and above for Chat Support 

And 01 to 03 years for Voice Support 

Shifts: Night shift and Rotational shift between 6 am - 10 pm (24*7 environment) 

Week Off: Any two rotational week off

Requirements: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command over English and Hindi languages. 

• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 

• Prior experience in customer service and support in a BPO or similar industry is preferred for Voice Support. 

• Good understanding of customer service principles and practices. 

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs. 

• Minimum qualification of HSC for Chat Support. 

• Proficient with computers and basic software applications. 

• Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer service through chat and voice support.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 

• Accurately record and maintain customer interaction details in the system. 

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets. 

• Adhere to established procedures, policies, and quality standards. 

• Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.
