We are hiring for the position of Customer Experience Specialist -voice process Vadodara & Gandhinagar locations. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to provide exceptional customer service through voice support.

Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist - Voice Support

Location: Vadodara & Gandhinagar Salary: Up to 35k (Based on BPO experience & Interview)

Experience Required: 01 to 03 years

Shifts: Night shift and Rotational shift between 6 am - 10 pm (24*7 environment)

Week Off: Any two rotational week off

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills with excellent command over English and Hindi languages.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

• Prior experience in customer service and voice support in a BPO or similar industry is preferred.

• Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.

• Minimum qualification of HSC.

• Proficient with computers and basic software applications.

• Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through voice support.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

• Accurately record and maintain customer interaction details in the system.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

• Adhere to established procedures, policies, and quality standards.

• Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.
