About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our team in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. As a Senior Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective telesales techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in telesales

- Graduation required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
