Position: Service Executive

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Role:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding our products/services.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve overall service quality.
• Assist in the preparation of service reports and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software.

Salary Bracket: Open as per experience, starting from 20K plus.
