*Key Responsibilities:*

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting techniques

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

- Build a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback

*Requirements:*

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting software
