Job Description: Data Analyst (Excel Macros/VB or Python)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

1. Excel Macros/VB or Python Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functionalities, including Macros, VBA, or Python scripting to automate data manipulation processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
2. Report Generation: Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate key insights extracted from raw data.
3. Data Modification and Cleansing: Employ data cleansing techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets, and modify data structures as necessary to meet analytical requirements.
4. Dashboard Development: Design and create interactive dashboards using Excel or other visualization tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
5. Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide recommendations for business improvement based on findings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel Macros/VB or Python scripting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in report generation and dashboard development using visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proficient in data manipulation and cleansing techniques to ensure data integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
