Work Profile : Chat Customer Service

Shifts: Monthly Rotational (Rotational)

Salary: 20,000 INR to 32,000 INR CTC

Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass

Responsibilities:

Provide email and chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resolution of customer issues

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in written communication in English

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
