and procWe are  Hiring For Customer Support (Medical Billing) in Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 23000 per month (CTC)

Shift Timings:  - 5pm - 2 am, 8 pm - 5 am

Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to medical billing

Accurately entering essing medical claims and payments

Following up on unpaid claims and resolving any billing issues

Ensuring compliance with medical billing regulations and guidelines

Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)

Requirements:

12th+ or graduation with customer support experience

Knowledge of medical billing terminology and procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Detail-oriented and organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer usage
