Shift: Night shift

Weekend Off: Saturday and Sunday

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing solutions promptly and professionally. This position requires working night shifts with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold company standards.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Ability to work night shifts.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.

Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
