Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Chat Support Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Customer Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer chats in a timely and professional manner

- Resolve customer inquiries and issues

- Provide excellent customer service via chat

- Meet performance goals and participate in coaching and training

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a rotational shift (with rotational week off)

- 12th pass/Graduate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
