We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Verification and Processing*: Verify and process credentials for healthcare providers, including licenses, certifications, and other necessary documentation.

- *Record Maintenance*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credentialing activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- *Compliance Assurance*: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.

- *Coordination and Communication*: Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies to facilitate the credentialing process.

- *Application Management*: Handle credentialing applications, re-credentialing, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

- *Problem Resolution*: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the credentialing process.

*Qualifications*:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in credentialing or a similar administrative role in the healthcare industry.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in using credentialing software and other relevant computer applications.
