We are currently hiring Chat Sales Representatives & Email & chat support for our on-site work arrangement with US shifts based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our company's growth.

1) Position: Chat Sales Representative

Salary : 15k to 30k CTC

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through chat and provide them with exceptional sales support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns or issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements:

• Graduates or HSC pass with a minimum of 2 years of documented BPO experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with chat-based sales processes and tools.
• Comfortable working in US shifts with rotational week offs.

2)  Position: Email & Chat Support

Salary: 15k to 30k

Monthly Rotational & Rotational week off
