Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The role involves creating job postings, conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and identify potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create job postings and advertise job vacancies on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate their qualifications and skills.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Communicate with candidates and provide them with feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
