Job Overview

We are hiring a Housekeeping GSA for our hotel in Igatpuri, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional guest service. As a Housekeeping GSA, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and tidy. This role is perfect for someone with less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and has a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas
• Perform daily housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Ensure all amenities, towels, and linens are replenished in guest rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Assist in maintaining the inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional guest service
• Follow safety and security guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
