Availability: Immediate to 15 Days

Shift Timing: Night Shift

Job Description

• He/She will be responsible for daily accounting work like billing, purchase entry, and data entry.

• He/She will be responsible for the management of our Google Sheets, and you will work on Internal accounting software.

• Prepare accounting entries and reconcile Vendor/Consultant Ledgers

• Follow Company Cyclical Accounting Processes

• Provide detailed analysis and explanation of transactions

• Work on Company Accounts Payable/Receivable functions- Vendor Invoice Payment, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments

• Facilitate all statutory audits for the company

• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations

Required skills sets:

• Bachelors or master’s in accounting or finance.

• Experience with accounting software online Quick Books, 

• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of efficiency, accuracy, honesty, and responsibility.

• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

• Minimum 2+ years of Experience

• Willing to work in US Shift Timing with long term commitment.
