Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• ·Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• ·Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.
• ·Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed.
• ·Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
• ·Obtain approvals and submit completed proposal to the requester.
• Establish priorities and target dates to ensure that the proposals are submitted on time.
• Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.
• Gather and store feedback on proposals to help improve proposal content and process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Technical background and experience with enterprise software.
• ·Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs.
• Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• ·Ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
• ·Strong critical thinking ability.
• · Ability to work independently.
