Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our expanding team, based in our Surat location. As a fresher-level position, this full-time role offers an opportunity for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will help us promote our wide range of products and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ensuring effective management of customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction levels (Mandatory skill).
- Solid product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems to facilitate smooth and accurate sales transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
- Understanding of social media marketing to enhance customer engagement and brand promotion.
