Job Description
- Execute and deliver quality and effective induction training to different audience from various distribution channels and levels.
- Provide training on essentials of insurance, products, soft skills and selling skills.
- Develop and maintain training program containing training objectives, syllabus, content and activities to meet training needs.
- Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their applications after the program.
- Driving SO Activation for selected SOs.
- Drive online LMS completion by the relevant audience.

- Training Delivery: Ability to execute and deliver high-quality induction training to diverse audiences across various distribution channels and levels.
- Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the essentials of insurance, including products, services, and industry regulations.
- Product Training: Expertise in training on insurance products, ensuring trainees understand features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales Training: Skills in teaching effective selling techniques and strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Curriculum Development: Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive training programs, including setting objectives, creating syllabus, designing content, and planning activities.
- Program Evaluation: Capability to assess the impact of training programs on participants and conduct follow-ups to measure application and effectiveness.
- Activation Initiatives: Experience in driving Sales Officer (SO) activation initiatives to boost engagement and performance.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Proficiency in managing and driving completion of online LMS courses by the relevant audience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with trainees and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse training needs, measure program impact, and use data to improve training effectiveness.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training software to deliver and manage training programs.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills to plan and execute training sessions efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with team members, trainees, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training programs to evolving industry standards, company policies, and trainee needs.
