Job Title: ARM (Assistant Regional Manager)- Agency / Direct Sales
Job Description:
The Regional Manager Agency/ Direct Channel is responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of the agency channel in a designated region. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the agency network, and ensuring operational efficiency within the region. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for providing leadership, training, and support to the agency managers and agents within the region.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for the agency channel in the region. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Expand agency network: Identify potential areas for expansion and recruit new agency managers and agents. Conduct recruitment drives, interview candidates, and select qualified individuals to join the agency channel.
Provide leadership and support: Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to agency managers and agents. Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure the team is motivated and engaged.
Training and development: Organize and conduct training programs for agency managers and agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance. Stay updated with industry trends and share relevant information with the team.
Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, customers, and internal departments. Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational efficiency: Monitor and analyze operational processes within the region. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide feedback and recommendations to the senior management team for strategic decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Present findings to senior management and provide insights for future planning.
