SHIFT : Uk Shift

LOCATION : Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Designation : HR Recruiter

Process: UK outbound-Lead Generation

Shift Timings: Day Shit for HR Recruiter

Cabs : Not available as of now

QUALIFICATION - Must be a Graduate

SALARY:

-INR 20,000 – INR 25,000 per month

 (can go higher only if the candidate is very deserving and promising )

EXPERIENCE REQ

-1-2 Years of Experience in recruitment ( preferably BPO from BPO industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

-Screening the candidates from the job portals

-Calling the candidates basis the hiring requirements

-Screening of the candidates and and conducting telephonic interviews

-Posting the jobs on the portals 

-Co ordinating with the consultants to source the candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Savvy in handling social media

-Well versed in using the job portals

-Fluent in English Communication

-Convincing skills
