Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Management Information System Executive to join our team at our Chennai headquarters. This is a full-time position that involves performing critical tasks related to data analysis and management to support our business operations. The successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with data systems and tools and will play a key role in optimizing data management processes within the insurance sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for performing complex data analysis and interpreting large datasets effectively.
• Understanding of Product and maintaining our customer databases..
• Strong analytical mindset and business intelligence skills to evaluate data trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Any Graduates can apply
• Knowledge in MS Office is must
• Presentation, analytical & data-driven
• Relevant Experience is preferable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's data management systems to ensure data integrity and availability for decision-making.
• Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
• Sharing weekly Insights / Analysis on key business metrics and highlighting any challenges
• Preparation of both periodic and Ad hoc MIS reports as required
• Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, contributing to the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on using data tools and systems effectively.
