Overall experience: 10+ and process lead / QM specific experience minimum 4+ years required

Deal Making skills: mandatory skills:

Good in Agile methodology,

Good in ISO 9001/27001,

Good in process compliant check through the software development cycle

added advantage: if person knows A-spice /CMMI-L5, communication skills should be excellent
