- Pre & Post Tendering Contractual Correspondence
- Drafting of contractual letters including (EOT, COS, Hindrances etc)
- Interpretation of contractual clauses / terms
- To support execution team on contractual terms
- Contractual risk assessment
- Handling claims & EOT related issues
- End to end handling of arbitration matters
- Coordination with other teams/departments
- Manage the compliance of contractual obligations
- Any other work related to contracts
Qualification
- B.Tech (Civil Engineering) / M.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university

- Must have experience in infrastructure industry
