Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

•     Work closely with developers to design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure services

•     Work closely with cybersecurity to maintain highly secure infrastructure

•     Build, operate and maintain application infrastructure, infrastructure automation, and monitoring of infrastructure and applications

•     Manage scaling of services

•     

Responsibilities:

Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements

•     Develop and implement cloud solutions

•     Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules to support provisioning needs

•     Provision new resources using Terraform IaC

•     Setup and maintain EKS, ECS clusters

•     Develop infrastructure automation capabilities to reduce manual work

•     Monitor metrics around reliability, stability, and performance of all cloud infrastructure

•     Provide recommendations and implementations of cost-saving measures, such as savings plans, reserved instances, spot instances, etc

•     Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and failures

•     Respond and mitigate production incidents related to infrastructure

Requirements :

•     At least 4 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure

•     Possesses a DevOps / SRE culture mindset

•     Familiar with using and applying GitOps

•     Experienced in using terraform integrated into a CI/CD pipeline

•     Can-do attitude, passionate about cloud technologies

•     Solid understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure technologies, specifically on EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, VPC & RDS

•     Good working knowledge of AWS Cloud Functions (Lambda/CloudWatch)

•     Well-versed in at least one programming language (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
