Senior Developer

Job Summary :

We’re looking for enthusiastic budding Senior Developer with proper work experience of minimum 3 years in our field [Mainly Node JS, Linux Servers, DBMS].Our work is mostly spread out in the sector of IoT and Robotics.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Job Profile:

Development of javascript based REST and Web API

Development and Configuration of SQL and No-SQL database Schema & Structure for applications

Understanding of Server-Side security

Integrate software applications with hardware equipment by working with Distronix hardware development team.

Maintenance of existing applications and technical support activities.

Operating as senior database administrator.

Having to guide and work with a team of junior developers.

Mandatory Skill Set:

· Languages - Javascript (NodeJS), Python

· Data stores – PostgreSQL

· No-SQL database

· Comfortable with Linux OS (Should have Ubuntu installed in personal computer)

· Basic Linux shell scripting

· Web server management

· Has basic knowledge of git

· Microservices, containers (Dockers), Kubernetes

· ORM, Validator (Annotations), Transactions and Tools

· Middleware - Web services, REST API, MQ

· Should be able to configure Server-Side Firewall and basic Security

· Preferred knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Bonus Skill Set:

· Languages - C++, Java, PHP

· Message Queues

· Django

· Android

· Server Security

· Thorough knowledge of Process Managers

· Have worked on highly scalable and security conscious application

· Has experience or can work in a team as well as single person

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred) & higher

Experience:

Node JS: 2 years (Minimum Requirement)

DBMS: 3 year (Minimum Requirement)

Total work: 3 years (Minimum Requirement)
