 We are looking for a Manager - Procurement who can establish best practices in the procurement functions, vendor management strategies, bring in purchase efficiency, possibilities of purchase income and reduction of turnover time.

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Procurement professional to work closely with our Fresh Produce and R&D departments, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and timely sourcing of raw materials and packaging material. Striving to engage Transporter & Freight Agency for fastest delivery at reduced cost. Design and implement a robust system for procurement of Capital Items and Traded goods with defined timelines and rates.

Required Qualification

• B.sc,Msc, B.pharam, M.Pharm with 8 years experience) or MBA (with 15 year experience) with specialization in purchase Management, or equivalent degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably in the fresh produce & raw material.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data for planning and forecasting.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is advantageous.
• Dedication to ethical and sustainable procurement practices
