Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design-draftsman for our Vadodara office. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting. The position is full-time and the candidate must have expertise in creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD. The selected candidate will be responsible for the preparation of drawings, explaining design concepts, and implementing 2D drafting techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and standards.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings based on specifications and calculations.
• Prepare accurate assembly and component drawings using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Create and modify 2D drawings of mechanical components.
• Review designs for errors and make necessary revisions.
