We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Shree Maruti Integrated Logistics' Ahmedabad office. This full-time role requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll, streamlining payroll operations with efficiency and reliability.
  • Skilled in QuickBooks Payroll, managing financial data seamlessly for precise payroll outputs.
  • Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Central, effectively managing timekeeping and attendance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for comprehensive payroll data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Experience in garnishment processing, managing deductions accurately with attention to detail.
  • Expertise in multi-state payroll processing, handling payroll across different jurisdictions effortlessly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments to maintain comprehensive payroll records across multiple states.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, including payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
  • Maintain and update payroll data, including payments, deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on payroll best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline payroll processes and improve quality.
