Job Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing business process workflows using JBPM (Java Business Process Management) framework.

2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Implementing and configuring JBPM components, such as process definitions, rules, and forms.

4. Integrating JBPM with other systems and technologies, such as databases and web services.

5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to JBPM workflows and processes.

6. Writing and maintaining technical documentation for JBPM implementations.

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. BTech

2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JBPM framework and its components.

3. Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies.

4. Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows using JBPM.

5. Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards.

6. Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
