Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. Female candidates preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in engaging with potential students and clients, providing them with the necessary information and support for our services.

- Sales skills to identify opportunities and turn conversations into appointments and eventual sales, contributing to company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and students to discuss our educational and visa services offered by Shreehari.in.
- Provide accurate information about our services and guide prospective clients in making informed decisions.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and connect clients with the appropriate department for detailed assistance.
- Maintain updated records of interactions, follow-up tasks, and outcomes in the customer relationship management system.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion metrics established by the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales pitches and share best practices for client engagement.
- Identify potential leads and update the sales database with new information regularly.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with service offerings and sales techniques.
