Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior ICU Staff Nurse for our Rajkot location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in critical care settings. This is a full-time role responsible for patient care and adhering to medical protocols in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an ICU or critical care environment.
  • Strong background in critical care nursing (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in patient monitoring techniques and equipment (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively in emergency situations (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with ventilator management and respiratory support systems.
  • Skillful in medication administration adhering to prescribed protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) techniques.
  • Experience in wound care management and treatment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous monitoring and care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
  • Administer medications and adjust dosages as per physicians’ orders.
  • Manage ventilator settings and monitor patient responses.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and activate emergency response protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and update clinical documentation.
  • Perform wound care and assess patient recovery progress.
  • Educate patients and their families about ongoing medical conditions and post-hospital care requirements.
