Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Gyneac Nurse with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Shree Giriraj Multispeciality Hospital in Kuvadava, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position in a renowned ISO 9001:2008 certified hospital with 75 beds. As a Gyneac Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our female patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license in Gujarat, India
• 1-3 years of experience as a Gyneac Nurse
• Strong knowledge of gynecological conditions, procedures, and medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Knowledge of computer systems and electronic health records (EHR)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for female patients in the gynecology department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to the needs of the patients
• Assist the gynecologists during procedures and examinations
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Educate patients and their families on proper prenatal and postnatal care
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
