ShoutnHike is seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and hiring top talent, a knack for identifying great fits for our company culture, and the skills to manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Interviewing: Conduct phone screens, and in-depth interviews, and coordinate.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate pre-employment checks, and facilitate the onboarding process.

Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate hiring reports, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Experience: 1+ year of experience. 
• Working Days: Mon to Fri only (4th Saturday working)
• Salary: Up to 20K + Commission.
