Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer queries from different sources such as chats, calls, emails.
2. Ensuring all the orders are placed on an E-Commerce site.
3. Ensuring a disciplined follow-up mechanism to acquire customers. 
4. Follow Up with vendors like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc...
5. Overseeing the customer service process.
6. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Requirements: 

1. 12th Pass or Any Bachelor's Degree
2. Computer skills.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
4. Good communication Skills
5. Freshers can apply
6. We are looking for candidates who are located in Bangalore. 

Location: Indian Shoppre Pvt Ltd,,#218/190, Outer Ring Road,Agara, Sector 1,H.S.R. Layout, Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka, India

Working hours: 2 Shifts ( 8 AM - 5 PM ,2 PM to 11 PM). Rotational week-off
