· Checking the new vehicle bookings & making sure that it is also maintained in registers on daily basis
· Checking the reports on daily & weekly
· Checking the executive’s performance week wise
· Monitoring the showroom/Field activities
· Allotting daily walk in & tele in enquiries in CPC's
· Arranging test drives to customers.
· Checking the daily follow ups
· Reporting the daily activities to Sales Manager
· Conducting the morning meeting
· TL checks the enquiry levels of Sales Consultants
· TL distributes enquiries amongst Sales Consultants
· TL discusses the status of each enquiry in the morning meeting
· TL uses Sales Process Management (SPM) tool and prepares the action plan with the Sales Consultants
· TL calls and meets the enquiry with the Sales Consultant to discuss and understand their purchase intentions

· Collecting the bookings as per targets given
· Updating the enquiries in CPC card

· Passing the enquiries to the sales department
· Collecting the data from the marketing department
