Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team at Shizen Energy India. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. This is a full-time position based in Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India.
Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Support Executive
1. Customer Assistance:
○ Respond to customer inquiries on Indiamart promptly and professionally.
○ Provide information about products/services, pricing, and terms.
○ Assist customers in navigating the Indiamart platform and address any concerns.
2. Order Processing:
○ Manage and process customer orders received through Indiamart.
○ Ensure accurate entry of order details and coordinate with relevant departments.
○ Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers.
3. Product Knowledge:
○ Stay informed about the products/services offered on Indiamart.
○ Provide detailed and accurate information to customers to aid in their purchasing decisions.
4. Documentation:
○ Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
○ Generate reports as required and share insights for continuous improvement.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
● Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Monitor customer reviews and ratings on Indiamart and take necessary actions for improvement
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Good understanding of customer support principles and practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
