Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate must be proficient in marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge, and understand customer behavior. The primary objective of the job is to contact potential customers and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers.
Handling inbound calls from existing customers.
Providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services to customers.
Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Conducting market research and identifying potential customers.
Providing feedback on customer behavior and preferences.
Liaising with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience as a telecaller.
Excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of marketing principles.
Technical knowledge of products and services.
Ability to understand customer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Any additional qualification in marketing or communication will be an advantage.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
