Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hardware networking, installation, and maintenance, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The candidate should also have excellent formatting and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and networking systems.

Install and configure computer hardware and software systems.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention to the appropriate department.

Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Provide training and guidance to customers as needed.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Support Executive or similar role.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge of hardware networking, installation, and maintenance.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Familiarity with formatting and technical writing.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
