Job Overview
We are seeking motivated IT Computer Trainers to join our team on a full-time, contract basis. This mid-level position is based in Chandrapur, Amravati, Warud, Wardha, and Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience and be skilled in training delivery and technical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical knowledge to deliver comprehensive IT training sessions effectively (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent Computer knowledge - Advance Computer, Excel, Word and Internet
- Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to non-experts (Mandatory skill)
- Proven experience in training delivery, ensuring participants understand and retain information (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions
- Adaptability to adjust training methods based on participant needs and learning styles
- Patience to work with varied learner types and help them progress at their own pace
- Time management skills to structure sessions efficiently and cover all necessary material
- Learning agility to stay updated with the latest IT trends and incorporate them into training
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct IT and computer training sessions for diverse groups including youth and professionals
- Develop and update instructional materials to keep training content relevant and engaging
- Assess participants' progress through tests and evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during training sessions
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve training delivery and methodologies
