Qualification

·        Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering and other related field.

·        2-3 years of progressive work experience in systems engineering or information technology.

·        Experience in operations, maintenance, deployment, and installation services.

·        Experience in LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network, VM and Cyber security system.

·        Strong achievement-oriented, good coordination and communication skills, hardworking.

·        Excellent analytical, decision making and troubleshooting skills.

·        Fast learner with good initiative and a can-do attitude

·        Knowledge in ERP & SQL Server would be advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.

·        Monitor and maintaining computer systems and networks; including CCTV, Access Control

·        Control operation systems and software application stable and smoothly.

·        Create, add and modify user accounts and services across our various platforms

·        Coordinate and create scope of work with various IT contractors

·        Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines

·        Provide technical documentation for configurations and procedures

·        Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

·        Research, design and deploy new solutions required by end users

·        Support the roll-out of new technology

·        Propose task solution when get assign.
