Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team at SarvHR Solution Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with the salary range commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil
• Ability to understand and speak Tamil fluently
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• Achieve set targets and goals on a monthly basis
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Document customer interactions and update the database
