Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our Director. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages
  • Experience in arranging travel and managing complex schedules
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the Director's schedule and ensure all appointments are documented efficiently
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documentation
  • Handle all travel arrangements for the Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Attend meetings with the Director and provide assistance as needed, including taking notes and following up on action items
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Director
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested by the Director
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering office supplies and coordinating team events
